At Garfield Fertility Center, we take pride in providing personal care to each patient. The evaluation and treatment for infertility problems are individualized for every patient. We provide the following services:

Comprehensive infertility evaluation:

● Initial history taking and examination

● Male evaluation

● Hormone studies and pelvic ultrasound to assess ovarian function and possible pelvic problems          which can contribute to infertility

● X-ray studies to check if fallopian tubes are open

● Assess ovulation

● Other secondary studies to assess infertility causes

Intrauterine insemination including donor insemination

Semen specimen is prepared to separate semen from sperm and to improve sperm quality. The prepared semen sample is then deposited into the uterus using a soft and thin plastic tube, catheter.

Ovulation induction using oral and inject able fertility medication

Fertility drugs are used to correct ovulation problems or to increase the number of eggs for fertilization.The patients will be closely monitored during ovulation induction to improve pregnancy rate and to reduce complications such as multiple pregnancy and ovary over-stimulation.

Assisted reproductive technologies:

● In Vitro Fertilization

● Intracytoplasmic injection for male problem

● Frozen embryo transfer

● Donor eggs and surrogate parenting

Pre-Implantation genetic diagnosis

Embryos are studied for chromosomal or genetic problems before they are placed back into the uterus.
